    🎈 REVIEW EXAMPLES 🎈
What a super lovely and exciting cosy story!
The mouse boy Simon’s thirst for adventure takes him all the way to Norway, far from his family.
But in Norway he finds a very best friend, a mentor and lots of adventures!
The adult reader was a little unsure of how this would go home to daugher Amelie.
We read it as an e-book and it was a bit unusual, but actually worked very well.
The book is also very different from what we usually read, which is usually more fantasy, we realise.
But the depictions of the Nordic nature are wonderful! The adult’s preconceived notions were therefore put to shame.
The friendship that develops between Simon and his new friend is so wonderful that the ending makes us both teary-eyed.
It’s also nice to see how a random adult can become a good (parental) support and mentor, something that can be incredibly significant for all children (and adults).
My daugther Amelie thinks it’s a bit stingy with pictures, something that we also understand should be updated.
The illustrations feel a little retro and lovely in their simplicity with a mild color scale.
Absolutely worth reading and highly recommended! Thank you for our expanded views Christina Henricson and Lange Publisher 🌷

    Exciting adventure.
Me and Lily (age 8) have had the honour of reading this children’s book and e-book “Simon’s Adventure” by Christina Henricson, illustrated by Estelle Sjödahl, published by Lange Publisher.
Lily has done reading bingo with this book and we have also had it as evening reading.
The language is relatively specific and the content has been developmental, especially with regard to animal species and plants new to her.
It’s so much fun to explore new worlds and characters.
We have appreciated the adventurousness of Simon the mouse and how he has met other interesting animals who have since become his friends.
It was really exciting to read about all the activities he got to take part in and the journey home was particularly fascinating.
The illustrations are lovely and we wish there were more.
I think the publisher heard from other readers and ordered several new ones.
Thank you for this review copy.
    I’m so thankful.
