It’s Friday and what is up at Lange? Before we say thank you for this week and welcome the weekend, here is a word from the Publishing Manager Lilith.

New neighbours, the Sheep family
This week has been filled with printing books and shipping them to our Swedish storage for two events that will occur in October in Sweden and for other book sales. First up is Västerås tomorrow, Saturday the 14th of October. Here we will sell books, and talk to everyone who visits the event, our author Magnus Rörström Pellgaard will also have stage time about his book I Vasatidens Skugga Det nya riket, 1504-1520. Our author and team member Mattias Kvick will be there with his book Pensionat Solvändan and he will also write more about everything, so keep your eyes open for more updates this weekend.
Next weekend, Saturday the 21st of October, we will go to Avesta for a special event only for Lange Publisher with four of our authors, PC Nilsson with her book Maskrosor och gula träskor, Magnus Rörström Pellgaard with his books De Goda Människornas Tystnad – orätt i rättvisans namn and I Vasatidens Skugga Det nya riket, 1504-1520, Hillevi Söder with her book Utan Dig and Mattias Kvick with his book Pensionat Solvändan. All of these books will be released in Danish and English next year.
They will be on the stage and talk about the books. We are very excited about this.
We are printing even more books now and will ship more books to our storage in Sweden, our storage is filled with newly printed books, so you can order now.
We have also gotten new neighbours. We work and live on a farm with farmland all around us. One day when we walked our dogs we noticed black and white sheep surrounded us. So now we have over 500 sheep surrounding our Publishing house. Every day we see them and it kind of feels like they are ours. Now we truly live and work in the countryside. How amazing is that!
Next week have more printing on the schedule, evaluation of the event this Saturday, translating books and moving forward with next year’s release. And walk outside and say hi to our new neighbours the Sheep family.
