For the planet - In collaboration with TreeSisters, we plant a tree for every book we sell or give away. We also use only environmentally friendly materials, machines, and equipment across our business.

For people - Each year, 25% of our profits are donated to charitable causes that aim to improve lives, with a special focus on supporting women and children worldwide.

For creativity - We publish a yearly short story anthology called Write Together, open to everyone. Anyone who wishes to contribute a short story can do so, completely free of charge. We also offer resources and support to everyone who needs it, through our O.P.A. community and Three Pens service.

For inclusivity - Our team is proudly diverse, including neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ members. We strive to create a truly inclusive and supportive environment, with flexible schedules and the freedom to work wherever and whenever suits best.
